In an era in which practical training and connection with the world of work are more important than ever, Misa has enthusiastically joined the project promoted by Confindustria, which sees small and medium-sized businesses open their doors to students and teachers.
This project, born with the aim of bringing the school closer to the productive world, represents a unique opportunity for young students and their teachers to come into direct contact with the corporate reality, learn about the history, achievements and future plans of the companies.
On the opening day, the students were able to immerse themselves in the company’s production environment, witnessing the different phases of the creation of a cold room. Accompanied by industry specialists, the kids had the opportunity to closely observe the production processes, from design to the final realization of all the components. The company tour was a moment of great interest and curiosity, during which the students were able to see the employees and workers at work, engaged in their daily tasks. Each sector of the company opened its doors, allowing visitors to understand the dynamics and skills needed to operate in the sector. A particularly appreciated aspect was the active dialogue between students and professionals. The kids asked numerous questions on technical aspects, production processes and curiosities related to the world of work, receiving detailed and in-depth answers that enriched their understanding. This exchange made it possible to clarify doubts, stimulate interest and, above all, inspire young people to consider future career paths in the sector.
The Confindustria project has once again demonstrated the importance of collaboration between schools and businesses, encouraging constructive dialogue and an exchange of knowledge which are fundamental for the growth and development of both entities. Misa is proud to have participated in this initiative and to have contributed to training the new generations, showing them not only how the production activity is carried out, but also the values and passion that guide our daily work.
«With this experience – commented the managing director of Misa, Giampiero Trombini – we hope to have ignited a spark of interest and curiosity in young visitors, encouraging them to explore the opportunities offered by the world of industry and to cultivate the skills necessary to become the professionals of the future».
