We are looking for the Laboratory & Regulation Leader, reporting directly to the Head of R&D
Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Act as a project leader
- Homologation of new materials or structural system
- Thermodynamical test
- Certification activities
- Execute tests and measures in compliance to rules and standard procedures
- Technical data logging and reports on job activities development
- Leadership on meetings management, to share job activities
- Support and/or leads continuous improvement materials
- Support during feasibility phases of new project for cost analysis
- Administrative activities (documents management, rules, certifications etc.)
Requirements
- Experience in working in research and development and laboratory activities
- Good knowledge of Office suite
- Fluency in English; Other languages will be considered as a plus.
- Inclination to discovery and problem solving
- Experience with measure instruments and data logging will be considered as a plus
- Bachelor’s degree on Mechanical engineering, Chemical engineering or other equivalent title (alternatively mechanical or chemical diploma)

- Experience in thermodynamical Laboratory test
- ERP, PDM/PLM
- Polyurethane-applied technologies
- Machine directive
- CPR 305/2011
- EN 14509
- Previous experiences in industrial laboratory

- Based in Pomezia with local contract
- Smart Working 2 days per week
